Hey loves, my name is Tiff and I am the owner of Lavender Studio here at the amazing Mosaic Studios! I specialize in full body sugaring and brows and when I decided to open my own studio I was so happy to find Mosaic. It's been amazing to have the freedom to be as creative with my studio and have the support of the Mosaic team.

It's been a journey starting my own business but having such fun artists around makes it even better. Being in the center of Capitol Hill brings in the best clientele. So if you're looking for fun and good vibes this is the place for you!

When I made the decision to open my own business as a permanent makeup artist, I was overwhelmed by the task of finding the perfect location. Committing to a sublease was even scarier, as it meant taking a big step into the unknown. However, I was fortunate enough to meet Rob at Mosaic Salon, and he made the entire process incredibly easy for me. From signing the lease to sorting out my parking, they were there every step of the way, offering their support and guidance.

In fact, they even gave me a free month when I moved in, which was a huge help as I started building my client base and searching for models. It's been almost three years now, and I'm still absolutely in love with my small, humble space. I take great pride in maintaining my salon suite, and I'm grateful that Mosaic takes care of everything else. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed by their attentive staff.

One of the things I truly cherish about being a part of Mosaic Salon is the sense of community. It's wonderful to be surrounded by other artists, hairdressers, and people in the beauty industry who are all so welcoming and kind. The salon's location on the Miracle Mile in Bellevue is perfect for me as a luxury service provider. I feel privileged to be a part of this upscale neighborhood.

Having the support of Mosaic Salon and Spas has been a game-changer for me. They handle all the administrative and operational aspects of the building, allowing me to focus on running and growing my business. As any business owner knows, there's already so much to do, and having their assistance has made a world of difference. I can't thank Mosaic Salon enough for all they've done for me.

About a year and a half ago I opened my own studio at the Capitol Hill Mosaic location. I can’t speak highly enough about what a great experience its been. Everyone from the staff and other business owners has been so kind, welcoming, and helpful.

It's truly a great community of people who all want to help and support one another to grow. I’ve worked in barbershops for 10 years and the last year and a half has easily been the most fun and a lot of that is due to how easy it is to work here. Mosaic streamlines so many of the annoying parts of opening a business that it was a no brainer to start my own business inside of Mosaic instead of a brick and mortar space.
